Week 5: The Lazy Days

Published September 25, 2020

This time, I got a taste of writing user documentation for our clients. I wrote manuals on using MailChimp and Shopify, and also had to present a walkthrough to clients that need help in using new apps.

While I had new tasks on top of my daily ones, it was actually a pretty chill week. I just had to make sure that timelines were updated regularly. I guess there are also down days in this role, the days when I am just monitoring project progress and waiting for others to finish their work.

But during this time, I was also growing anxious because of the nearing launch date of the website development I was overseeing. There were already push backs on the schedule so I was considering revising the timeline altogether. But I also have to keep my faith in the team, the people I work with. So I had to increase my patience and just make sure that they have everything they need to do their tasks.
